Our sound technical expertise, thorough economic studies and insightful market analysis allows determining optimal energy solutions and identifying synergistic stakeholders while shortening development times and managing risks. Our techno-economic models are used to maximize the efficiency of energy systems while minimizing their negative impact on environment and society. Furthermore, we implement viable solutions to integrate the local enterprises into value chains and markets through industrialization, local production, and innovative payment methods such as pay-as-you-go.
Project development
We support independent power producers in the development, establishment, operation and exploitation of green mini-grids in rural communities of Central Africa. Our energy planning models coupled to our thorough socio-economic assessments are used to evaluate the bankability and global impact of green mini-grids, for different localities. We simulate different scenarios depending on the investments strategies, levelized cost of electricity, and effective consumption. Moreover, our engineering expertise and strong network allow identifying optimal stakeholders, component suppliers, and service providers.
